This Privacy Policy explains what information SeekScape ("we", "us") collects when you use the App, and what we deliberately do not collect. We built the App around your Solana wallet address instead of an account system — we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use it.
SeekScape is operated by KLKR Studio. Throughout this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to KLKR Studio.
1. Information We Collect
- Wallet address. When you connect your Solana wallet, we store its public address. This is how we know what you have purchased and what should appear in your Library — it is a public blockchain identifier, not personal contact information.
- Purchase history. We record which Content a wallet address has purchased and when, so purchases persist across sessions and devices where you reconnect the same wallet.
- On-chain transaction data. The transaction signature confirming a purchase is stored to verify and prevent duplicate/fraudulent confirmations. Transaction data is, by the nature of a public blockchain, already visible on the Solana ledger independent of us.
- Profile avatar (optional). If you choose to set a profile picture from your device's photo library, that image is used as your in-app avatar.
- Standard server logs. Our backend (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) generates routine technical logs (such as request metadata and error logs) for operating and securing the service, the way most web services do.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or ask you for your:
- email address, phone number, or full legal name;
- government ID or other identity documents;
- precise device location;
- contacts, messages, or other apps on your device; or
- wallet seed phrase or private keys — these never leave your wallet app and are never visible to us.
3. Biometric (Fingerprint) App Lock
If you turn on the optional fingerprint-unlock setting, authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (Android's BiometricPrompt). Your fingerprint data is processed and stored only in your device's secure hardware — it is never captured, transmitted to, or stored by us, and we have no access to it. The on/off state of this setting is stored only locally on your device.
4. How We Use Information
- to operate the marketplace and prevent fraud: showing you Content, confirming purchases, populating your Library and Favorites, and preventing fraud and duplicate purchase confirmations;
- to provide customer support when you contact us; and
- to maintain, secure, and improve the App.
5. How Information Is Shared
Purchasing Content involves an on-chain SPL token transfer to the Content's creator's wallet address (ours for Content we upload, the creator's own for Content they upload — see Section 4 of the Terms of Use) — this means your wallet address and the transaction are inherently visible on the public Solana blockchain, as with any blockchain transaction, independent of anything we do. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may share information where required by law, to investigate fraud or abuse, or with service providers who help us operate the App (for example, our cloud hosting provider), under obligations to protect it.
6. Data Storage & Security
Wallet addresses, purchase records, and avatar images are stored using Cloudflare's database (D1) and object storage (R2) services. We use reasonable technical measures to protect this data, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
- You can disconnect your wallet from the App at any time from your Profile.
- You can turn the fingerprint-unlock setting on or off at any time from Profile > Settings.
- You can remove or change your profile avatar at any time.
- To request deletion of the off-chain data we hold about a wallet address (purchase records and avatar; on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted, as it lives on the Solana blockchain itself, not with us), contact us — our publisher page, KLKR Studio, lists how to reach us.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone below the minimum age required to use a cryptocurrency wallet in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
